Salmon dipnet permits for the Kenai, Kasilof, and Susitna Rivers, and Fish Creek are now available online, through theADF&G Mobile App, and at local ADF&G offices and licensed vendors!

Reminders:
- You MUST be an Alaskan resident and have a fishing license to participate in these fisheries
- This permit covers the Kenai River, Kasilof River, Fish Creek, and Susitna River dipnet fisheries, as well as the Kasilof River set gillnet fishery
- ONLY one permit per household is allowed. List all of your household members who live at your address on the permit
- Your household salmon limit listed on your permit is for the total number of salmon you dipnet from all fisheries COMBINED
- You MUST report your harvest online by August 31st 2026, or you risk losing fishing privileges in 2027

If you don’t think there’s presently a serial killer or s*x trafficking ring amongst the streets of Anchorage targeting young native women and teens you are sleeping under a rock. Everyone needs to have a chat with their families about this. It is no longer safe for your children to be walking home from school. It is no longer safe to be walking to the gas stations after dark and it’s certainly no longer safe to be clubbing or having a fun night on the town.

There are way too many missing young women and girls without an answer. Since we have zero faith in law enforcement, it’s time to take heed and start having these conversations with your families.
