In an ever evolving season for us all I wanted to highlight two things that haven’t changed here at Doner Automotive.
1) We are still open for business. We are considered a business providing critical service to our local infrastructure. The latest MOA EO allows us to continue to provide our much needed services to the community and help keep your vehicles safe and reliable for your transportation needs. We have and will continue to implement every reasonable caution to prevent any spread of illness during our business activities.
2)We will always put the safety and well-being of our customers above financial gain. We have never implemented a policy of selling work by using fear tactics, bait and switch or overselling unnecessary repairs and maintenance to keep our bays full. We aren’t going to start doing that now. We have and will always give you the truth about your car regardless of if you even want to hear it (can you handle the truth? 😀)
We have adjusted the way we interact with our customers in order to satisfy what our government is requiring and health officials suggest. For the time being we will have customers communicate with us by calling our shop and avoid face to face interactions. We will continue to make appointments for service in advance. We will give you specific instructions for how to drop your vehicle using our secure key drop. After repairs are completed we will make arrangements for any payment and pick-up. Tanya and myself will be the only persons entering our facility or your vehicle and if either of us show any signs of illness we will cease operations until we have been medically cleared.
We appreciate each of you and enjoy serving our community through the service we provide. Please let us know if you have a specific need or concern. We are actively praying for our city, state and country and look forward to being a part of getting our community back on the road soon.
