We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Reservations Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for taking reservations and informing customers how to use their vehicle during the check out process. You will also be responsible for checking the vehicles in upon the check in process.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls, providing excellent customer service
• Provide Quotes to customers and book reservations
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
​Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus though not necessary.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• computer skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
