Back-to-back storms will impact Southcentral Alaska late tonight through Tuesday night. Snow is expected at higher elevations and in the passes, with Winter Weather Advisories in effect for the Northern Copper Valley and Thompson Pass.
For lower elevations, warmer temperatures will maintain more rain. Some snow likely mixes in for Anchorage and the Mat Valley, however confidence is high for low snow accumulations.
Be prepared for winter driving conditions, especially in mountain passes.
