Featured Unique Classic of The Day: The 1952 Cunningham C3 🏁

The 1952 Cunningham C3 is one of the most fascinating American luxury performance cars ever built — a true blend of handcrafted European style and raw American V8 power. Created by legendary racer and entrepreneur Briggs Cunningham, the C3 was designed to prove that an American-built car could compete with the finest grand touring machines from Europe.🛠️

Today we feature the 1956 Packard Clipper and its revolutionary Torsion-Level Ride suspension, an electronically controlled, self-leveling four-wheel torsion bar system.

Designed by engineer William D. Allison, it completely eliminated conventional coil and leaf springs. Instead of acting independently, the front and rear wheels on each side were interconnected by massive steel torsion bars to drastically reduce vehicle pitching and bouncing.

We had a client that needed our help in getting this to work correctly, and we happily accepted the challenge. 🛠️

May the 4th be with you. 🦾

This Tucker’ 48 , often called the “Tucker Torpedo” belonged to Star Wars creator George Lucas 🙌

Chassis #1003 was purchased by Lucas in 1982 with only 13,391 miles on it. It was kept at Skywalker ranch for many years.

Built with intention. Driven with purpose. 🏁🏁

Our very own “Cuban Pete,” crafted in-house by the team at Anaheim Rod & Custom, is more than just a standout—it’s a statement. Every line, every detail, a reflection of true craftsmanship and the passion that fuels what we do.

This Sunday, Cuban Pete hits the road for the “Roadster Reliability Run” — right where it belongs. Out in the wild, doing exactly what it was built to do.

We hope to see you out there! 🛠️

Featured unique classic of the day: The 1953 Packard Caribbean. 🙌

This 1953 Packard Caribbean was a limited-production, high-end luxury convertible vehicle. Only 750 were hand-built by the Mitchell-Bently Corporation in Michigan.

Iconic Design Features:
Full Cut-Out Wheel Wells
Power brakes, steering, windows and a power-adjustable seat were all stock options.

Listing Price in 1953: $5,210, making it one of the most expensive American cars of its time.

Musically: The Les Baxter song “April in Portugal “ was one of the biggest hits in 1953 🎶
