I just visited this dealership to buy my vehicle as it came off of lease. My experience with my sales person (Joe Saeh) was excellent and could not have been better. He is a credit to your organization. My experience with the finance person (Evelyn) was also superior. Evelyn could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Lastly, I would highly recommend Laura Valencia as an excellent service advisor. She is thorough, attentive to your needs and always follows up on the process. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Brought my car in for annual service this morning. Was told I’d be given a loner. Recently changed my name on my drivers license. The DMV pinched my DL and gave me my interim DL. Brought both to the dealer and was told they could not accept my DL or my interim license because they could not scan the punches DL or my interim DL...said they could not make an exception because then they’d have to for everyone. I presented a valid legal document, my interim DL, and that should have sufficed. After they shuttled me to Enterprise for a car (option of Dodge Charger or mini van - what a joke) I called Land Rover in Marin and Newport Beach and they said they would accept my documents. For what I pay for my RR, and previous RR’s, you’d think the customer service would be excellent, but it is lacking. The point they need confirmed is that the DL is valid, which they can easily determine from my prior DL and my interim DL. But because they can’t scan my DL in their little machine, logic goes out the window along with their customer service and they won’t lend you a car. On principle I will no longer drive RR’s. I’m headed to Porsche, Audi or MB in the future.
i was greeted by Franz once i approach the dealer ship, he gave me an excellent service, the day before i was at the Newport dealer ship for almost the whole day (Saturday) and got out with no car. but for Rusnak i got the car despite by credit score was not that great, i would recommend Franz for my family and Friends 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

You are among the many requests for review and e-mails and letters I have received from Jaguar, asking me if I am satisfied with my F pace, and asking me to write about it or in your case, refer you. And I have written about it. Over and over and over. No one replies to these responses. Why would I refer you? In this day of super automation, so many requests for information get sent and when a response is provided and it is not what you want to hear, you disregard it. Or maybe I give you too much credit. Perhaps you don’t even read it.
I have a car in which I cannot call out past the letter K when attempt to use hands free calling. I was told to get a new phone . I did. Nothing changed. I was told twice, that a new upgraded system would be installed, looking different from the original and it would help. Both times my car was gone for over 3 days. Nothing- absolutely nothing changed, not the look or the function.
With my new phone I can use it perfectly in a Kia, in a Subaru, in a Tesla, which are all the places I have tested it. But in my fancy expensive Jaguar, I cannot use my phone properly.
Your 800 number assistance center that I was requested to call, and ask to open a case,states that since I can call out and reach some of my contacts, “the system functions as it was designed” and therefore no case would be opened. Further more, the case I opened months ago was closed, because I DID NOT FOLLOW UP! I stopped in and shared my experience with Sven Larson weeks ago, yet no resolution.

Jaguar's relentless requests and inquiries about my satisfaction have become nauseating. They are beyond frustrating. There is no one taking care of business at the other end of these inquires.
You have reminded me today , that I have been dealing with this malfunction, this poorly designed system for AN ENTIRE YEAR NOW. So please do not wish this unsatisfied customer, a happy anniversary. Your car and your service are inferior and while I wait for the service rep , Marco at AnaheimHills to open a case and get back to me, I will share my experience with everyone who asks.
If you truly wish to assist me with my next vehicle, please take this one back and give me one with a system that actually functions properly.

My car is back for more service
Listen up if you are looking at buying a Jaguar F-Pace....If you have more than 350 contacts on your phone, it wont work properly & hands free will no longer be possible.
If you have an old phone you will find that the technology wont work. If you have a new phone they will tell you the technology doesn't work because it is too new. If you have a somewhat new phone it will work until your phone updates and then...It wont. Seems like an awful lot of money to be spending on a car that doesn't have the phone or navigation abilities of a base model KIA. And this was not the worst issue we had in Anaheim. The now "gone" sales person sold us a car with adaptive technology that he said "could not be tested, but was there", to find out later that the specific braking technology does not even exist on the model he sold us. Buyer be ware!
Beware this dealership service department.
Took my LR3 in to diagnose check engine light and shared the failure code. Two days later they diagnosed the same- needed fuel injector for number 2 cylinder.
Their estimate to repair was $4700. Recommending that the entire rail and all injectors be replaced.
Had my car towed to my independent and fixed for $450.
I need to know where to lay Megan for my next Mercedes car payment is due. Any suggestions where I can pay my car loan at my friends with benefits?!
