A new Wall Street Journal analysis found that 45% of resolved auto liability claims resulted in NO PAYMENT last year — up from roughly 35% a decade ago.

The MCRA is working diligently to help pass the RTA bill which will help to protect consumers. Montanan's work hard for their money and this bill will play a role in making sure their insurance companies are being held accountable.
