Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
Today, with a heavy heart, I announce that Hillside Service, established in 2007, will be closing its doors for the final time. This decision comes after years filled with countless memories, challenges, and triumphs, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to each of you who have been a part of this incredible journey.
To our wonderful customers, thank you for your unwavering support and trust over the years. You welcomed us into your lives and homes, allowing us to be a part of your stories. Your loyalty and friendship have meant the world to us, and we are truly grateful for every opportunity to serve you. Each interaction with you was not just a transaction; it was a connection that enriched our lives.
I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the past and present technicians who have worked alongside me. Your dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence have been the backbone of this business. Together, we faced challenges, celebrated successes, and created an environment filled with camaraderie and teamwork. I am proud of what we have accomplished together.
A special thank you goes to my beautiful wife, Melissa. Your unwavering support and understanding through the ups and downs have been my guiding light. You believed in our dream, and your love has been a constant source of strength. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in this journey.
And last but not least, a nod to our beloved dog, Mowgli, the true boss of Hillside Service. Your playful spirit and unconditional love brought joy to our days and a reminder of the simple pleasures in life.
As we close this chapter, I carry with me the memories of all the laughter, challenges, and friendships forged over the years. While it is time to say goodbye, I will cherish the moments we shared and the impact you all made on my life.
