As we welcome June we are operating as essential business under the guidelines of the CDC.

WHAT WE ARE DOING for the safety of our staff, families, colleagues and your family:

Contactless service by appointment ONLY

Building is open to authorized personnel and deliveries ONLY - NO GUESTS

Staff are practicing social distancing, wearing mask and gloves as needed and minimizing all contact with the public.

Common areas are cleaned on a regular basis including door handles, light switches, desk and equipment etc.

Restrooms and waiting areas are CLOSED to the public.

Keys are to be dropped off in key drop at office door - they will be disinfected.

Upon check in and during your vehicles stay you vehicle will be wiped down in areas technicians need to touch. Door handles and pulls, steering wheel, shifter, seatbelts, instrument cluster, fuel door/cap, etc.

Communications will be delivered by phone/text as needed.

Credit card payments via phone or checks in key drop are preferred.

Vehicles will be wiped down again for delivery and keys made available for you.

Some delays can be expected due to required processes and where the industry has been effected.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Provide us with a clean vehicle.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID - 19, have been in contact with someone who has, been involved in a large crowd, traveled out of the area or have been requested or ordered to quarantine or isolate we ask that you delay service and/or repair for the health of all.

We thank you for your patronage, understanding and support at this difficult and unprecedented time. TOGETHER, WE will get through this.

Brakes. Don't ignore your brake lining light (if equipped). Doing so contributed to metal to metal rotor contact also over extending caliper piston resulting in the need for a caliper also.
