🔧🚘 Ridgeline update — behind the scenes.

This one took a hit on the cab corner, so we’re going in and replacing it the right way. That means not just fixing the visible damage, but also restoring things you don’t see — like corrosion protection to keep it protected long-term.

You’ll notice the taping as well — that’s there to protect the vehicle from sun exposure while it’s in process. It’s the small steps like these that make a big difference in the final result.

🏆🚘 From show winner to second chance — done right.

This Mustang was the Make-A-Wish car show detail winner, but after an accident it needed some attention. The bumper was already on, but during our quality check we caught a sensor that didn’t meet our standard.

So we did what we always do — stopped, went back, and made sure everything gets fixed the right way before it leaves.

Because it doesn’t matter how small it is… if it’s not right, it’s not leaving.

🚘⚖️ Doing what’s right — even when it’s not the easy route.

This dodge came to us after a frustrating experience elsewhere — the customer had already rejected delivery three times. The previous shop was following the insurance guidelines as a DRP, but sometimes that doesn’t mean the repair is truly right.

We took a closer look and found a slight buckle in the hood that needed to be addressed properly. After pushing back and advocating for the customer, we got approval to replace the hood — the correct fix, not just the acceptable one.

That’s the difference here: we work for you, not the insurance company.
