We’ve had a pretty big increase in last-minute cancellations and missed appointments lately, so we need to make a change moving forward.
When you book an appointment with us, we turn away other work and block that time specifically for your vehicle. When an appointment gets canceled at the last minute, that spot usually can’t be filled again.
Starting immediately:
48 HOURS NOTICE
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
NO-SHOWS
If you don’t show up and don’t contact us, the same 50% charge will apply.
NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
That’s completely fine. Just let us know as soon as you can. We understand that things come up, and communication makes all the difference.
We don’t want to charge anyone a cancellation fee. We’d much rather have you show up, get your vehicle taken care of, and leave happy.
But at the same time, our time is valuable too, and we’re trying to run a business the right way.
