Is this your or someone you know? As a reminder, the speed limit in our park is 15 mph thru out the whole park. Our RV park is not your race track. It is not a place to test out how fast your dirt bike can go. If you know this kid, please let him know that next time he enters our RV park, the police will remind him of the rules, not just us.

Starting April 1st we're going to try something new for 2026. Since Ticketmaster and the airlines and the hotels have all gone to this model we think it would be good to give it a try. For 2026 we are going to try a dynamic pricing model. Since we're full all summer, we decided to modify it a bit. Every month we will keep track of how many people want sites that we can't get in and then at the end of the month we will divide it by the number of sites in the park and we will add that amount to the monthly rent each month.

Also, I hope you read this far to realize it's April 1st.😂🤣 Happy April Fools day everyone!!
