FLEDA The FLEDA was created by my good friend and ex-business partner Phil Krug in 2005. The best known version is seen in the Movie Tron Legacy.

From the time I purchase the Paul Smart I knew that the stock tail light system needed some major improvement. I spend the next year thinking about the challenge and finally came up with a concept that seemed to have some mer

it. Initially I tried a couple of "off the shelf" ideas but they looked somewhat cobbled together. Then one day mid-2006 I was talking to a guy that had shown some interest in my Sport Classic tail light project and we hit on the idea of using something like rope lights for the tail light functions. I happened to have some rope lights in the shop and taped them to the rear of the sub-frame and the idea of the FLEDA was born." Since then the FLEDA has gone through several revisions and versions. We have them for the Sport 1000, Gt1000 and 1000s
