The VetteStock car show that was posted on here has been postponed until October 31 10am-2pm at Hudson Grille in Kennesaw. This change was made due to the weather forecast which includes expected high winds. Sorry about the late cancellation and hopefully some of you can come out on October 31 to see the Corvette car show.

This Z06 has a used LS7 performance built engine that was installed into the car very recently at another shop to replace the original engine that blew up. The engine was consuming a lot of coolant ever since it was given back to the customer. After doing tests and using the borescope we found coolant leaking into cylinder 7.

Removing the heads revealed a larger issue with the cylinder walls. All cylinders have scoring on the walls and multiple cylinders have scoring too deep to remove without exceeding the maximum bore for the sleeves. We will keep you posted on this Corvette as it goes through its repairs.

Replaced rear main seal, rebuilt the torque tube, wrapped headers, and added tunnel heat shielding to C6 Corvette with a 6L80e. After assembling everything there were communication issues with the ECM when the engine was running and communication returned when the engine was turned off. The battery tested bad and there was battery acid al over the tray. The tray was removed, neutralized, cleaned, and put back together with new hardware.

We just repaired an AEM wideband kit that blew a gauge due to incorrect installation by prior individual(s). The wiring was so messy that we removed the entire old system and reinstalled a new AEM system with all the wiring that came with the new gauge. Below are some pictures of the wiring mess for the oxygen sensors and the interior wiring before and after we reinstalled the new kit.

We modified the wiring to make it fit properly and added the required inline 5-amp fuse that was missing on the previous install. One other thing to note is the previous installer used 19 zip-ties. We only used 2 (1 on before the oxygen sensor connectors and one after the connectors to further prevent possible contact with headers along with adding a heat sleeve capable of handling the heat to further protect the wiring).

74 Corvette with a bad oil leak from the timing cover and oil pan. Photos show before and after including starter, inspection cover, and water pump which were all cleaned before reinstallation.
