Good afternoon!
Just a few reminders of protocols and processes in place at Ball Tire LLC.
——————————————————————————-

•Ownership changed December of 2024. Previous owner sales/reports and documents were NOT transferred to new owners, and unfortunately does not transfer the free tire rotations with purchases of previous sets (before December 2024).

•The phone number to the store IS 989-880-2258. The OLD 989-354 number is still active, we are not getting those messages if there are any that are left on that voicemail. Please update contact information to the new phone number. And spread the word of the number change.

•Tires with a DOT manufacturing date of older than 10 years we do not work on, it jeopardizes the safety of our techs, and that’s #1 in our books.

• Sidewall/shoulder punctures or repairs are not done here. We don’t plug tires. We repair them from the inside of the tire. Again, safety is our priority.

• We do not tube tires that go down the road.

•We do not sell used tires at this time.
