Couple days left to get bids in for this auction. All bids are due Friday by 5pm.

All bids must be made in person as stated in the post. You can come here to inspect the vehicles. We provide a form for you to fill out with your contact info and bid amount which is then sealed in an envelope. After the auction closes, the envelopes are opened to determine the highest bidder on each vehicle who would then be notified. The winning bidder would need to come to our office to pay for the vehicle & make arrangements to remove the vehicle from our property. Then you make an appointment at the Gratiot County Sheriff's Dept where you would take the receipt then they provide you with the Tr-52 form that goes to SOS to get the title.

AUCTION CLOSES ON Friday, May 22, 2026 at 5pm

Vehicles will be available for inspection during regular business hours Monday - Friday 9am-4pm only at Gratiot Towing, LLC, 125 N. Court Ave., Alma, MI until auction closes.
All vehicles are sold "AS IS", "WHERE-IS" and all bids are binding offers to purchase.

Bidding process:
*** Minimum bid for each vehicle is towing & storage due at time of auction, unless otherwise stated. If a bid is made for less than minimum, it may be accepted at Gratiot Towing's discretion.
*** SEALED BIDS FOR VEHICLES CAN BE LEFT WITH LOT ATTENDANT DURING INSPECTION HOURS, OR DROPPED OFF NO LATER THAN 5PM ON FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2026.
*** All bids must contain the following information: car number(s), bid amount(s), name of purchaser, address, phone number, and email address
*** Winning bidder will be notified no later than Tuesday, May 26th at 5pm
*** Vehicles must be paid for and removed from the lot no later than Friday, May 29th at 3pm. Any vehicle not removed by that time will be awarded to the next highest bidder. If you withdraw your high bid after bids are opened, you will no longer be afforded the opportunity to bid in future auctions. Arrangements may be made in advance to tow vehicles for an additional fee
*** Payment for sealed bid auction vehicles is by cash, certified check (with ID), or credit card. Please note: credit card transactions will be subject to an additional service charge of 3% of the purchase price
