Finding an adapter for my oil pressure gage to a GM LS proved a bit difficult.
I was able to come up with an adapter that external threads I needed and internal threads I could use. A couple fittings and a short piece of 1/4in hydraulic hose and I am able to see the actual oil pressure.

Transmission fluid exchange. Jeep/Chrysler with 143k on it. Fluid isn't as bad as some I've done.
Some manufacturers recommend fluid exchange in as little as 50k. Maintain your transmission like you do/should be your engine. Newer transmissions run hotter and have quite a bit of "lock up" that's done in pulses. This causes the friction material in the transmission fluid to be depleted sooner.
