That's always the goal we have when we're tuning/modifying a car.

The importance of having a reliable braking system is obvious, but one thing that may go unnoticed is that keeping it reliable is not only about adding brake fluid when needed. There are upgrades that can be made to increase its efficiency, extend their lifespan and, by extension, your own.

For this M5 F90 we produced custom armored brake lines paired with Motul 660 Performance Series Brake Fluid.

This brake line functions the same as the normal hose, and is built in the same general manner, with one main advantage - the use of superior materials. The inner tubing, instead of the usual rubber, is made of Polytetrafluoroethylene (or PTFE), which is a super-durable polymer compound with properties that allow it to resist damage and last significantly longer.

We can't explain what really happened to it, but it's clear that it had a lot of mechanical damage because of different mechanic shops and decoloration because of chemicals used during the winter time in East Coast.

Carbon Ceramic brake system requires special maintenance for durable lifetime.

Powder coating brake calipers is a great way to make your vehicle stand out. We always remove pistons, seals and rebuild brake calipers after powder coating.
After installation the brake flush is performed as well.

First BMW M4 Comp G82 Fully Custom Tuned on Stage 2 in the world. Congratulation to one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated to his job tuner . Dedication, nights without sleep, experiments and thousands of dollars spent, brought the position of the First!

After 24 hours on the dyno and after 30 different tune revisions the number are:

Stock numbers:

510 Horsepower / 420 WHP
560 Ft-lb / 440WTQ

Stage 2:

700 Horsepower / 620WHP
710 Ft-lb / 680WTQ

BMW M850i. This car came to us already *tuned*, but after measuring it on the dyno the conclusion was that the car came to us *detuned*. After 4500 RPMs the car was loosing power and it was barely moving. After 4700 the car had only 350HP.
We'll post a photo of the graph before and after.

First thoughts we had that there is some mechanical issues and after a full inspection we found nothing - the car was perfectly fine. That's when we understood that it need to be flashed to stock and tuned from 0.

And no matter how fast your stock BMW is , you always want to be faster and even more powerful, and indeed rarely when such cars drive within the factory capacity. In this case, this is exactly the situation. We performed our Stage 2 Tune, boosting the power by 180hp and almost 200FT-lb.

- 523 Horsepower
- 553 LB-ft Torque

Stage 2:
- 701 Horsepower
- 747 LB-ft Torque
