You can't make this up.

We received a supercharger here, that makes supercharger noises, but has no internals, to do supercharger things, of a Saleen S331. Someone cut the rotors off, and cut the bearing support out of the back of the case.

How to leave a successful voice message: (In the vocal sound of Chris Rock)

1. Leave a message. Only messages from the dead are silent. Blank messages are not returned.

2. If you do leave a message, we need your call back number first. No number, no call back.

3. If you leave a call back number, we do not need your vehicles build history. This is a call, not a car show.

4. Make sure you have cell service. We...ca..t. understa...... to......call u.......ack.

5. Call once, and leave ONE message. Other people would like the opportunity to leave a message.

6. Wait patiently. There could be many reasons we didn't answer. We could be on the sh***er, on the phone, or in the back working with another customer, or perhaps asleep, as it is 2am. This isn't Amazon fulfillment.

7. Make sure your phone accepts messages or takes phone calls from numbers it does not recognize. We return all calls at least once, that ful-fill 1 through 6.

Just a reminder, if you own a Saleen Series 6 or 6.5 Supercharger for an S331/S281, or F150 Harley Davidson that these superchargers should have the oil changed every 25,000 to 35,000 miles. The oil level should be checked at every oil change. It can be difficult to access this area to fill the oil. A syringe can be used to fill and drain the supercharger. We offer this reusable syringe on our website, as well as the oil, under the proper Saleen Supercharger generation category.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet.

It is amazing the lengths people will go to for follows or internet drama.

Warning: We use recycled materials at our shop. If you DO NOT like recycled materials, tell us. We will happily invoice you for a new box, and provide new foam at no charge. If we had to repack your supercharger in a different box, it was likely because you poorly packed it to get it here.

We have a customer STAGING photos of their supercharger return on the internet. If you have intelligence, you can see it is staged, as you will see signs of our proper process in the background

Here is our packing method. Jon himself, packs over 90% of the superchargers that leave our shop. This is his way of making sure the customer has been cared for.

Here is our process:

All superchargers are sealed one of two ways.
1. All entrances are gorilla taped and vacuum ports capped.
2. The supercharger will be vacuum sealed in 5mil bag.

All superchargers are packed the following ways:
1. Box is inspected for size and damage. If the box has external damage, a good condition, previously used box will be used as we recycle. If you didn't get your old box back, it was because it was too small or had previous shipping damage that would place your item into danger. If there is no suitable recycled box available, we SELL you a NEW box.
If the item weighs under 30lbs, it could possibly packed with recycled content.
2. Foam machined box base, then supercharger is placed into this cradle. Once in place, recycled content is placed along all sides and new foam will glue this content together. Once the foam has finished expanding, any old parts that were replaced will be placed on the top, with more foam content placed on this. Since foam doesn't spray flat as a board, recycled content will be placed on the top to fill any small voids.
3. If the customer packed it very well with their own content, we will use their system, out of respect for the time they took to do it right.

Enjoy photos of items that were just prepped for shipping. We must be doing something right, for people to go out of their way to invent something wrong. Usually it comes from people that were so disrespectful during the process, that we moved them to cash/bank payment only (here's your sign). This is there way of attempting to get back at us.

A $1000 plus packing mistake.

If you follow our posts, we may seem like a broken record. Shipping damage always destroys the hopes of a fast turnaround. Not only does it cost more, the parts need to be located. Sometimes it requires welding, machining, or powdercoating. All this takes more time, and can delay the customer after you.

JBP supports over 100 brands of superchargers and over 1500 applications (we quit counting).

Our company has serviced the supercharger on a 100 million dollar Bugati Type 57 Atlantic SC (ONLY TWO IN THE WORLD), to the aftermarket supercharger on a $1000 Honda Civic.

We carry 97% of consumables in stock for all those brands. An estimated 80% of those superchargers are discontinued.

We will make parts, if within reason of time or cost. We make gaskets for many discontinued superchargers.

So imagine our surprise, when someone spends all the time and effort to send something here, customer approves production, only to find that customer is now operating in express mode and expects the repairs to be like an oil change. The impatience grows so strong, that they will call the police stating we stole their supercharger and then tell us they don't trust us. If you didn't trust us, why did you send it here?

One of the things that is destroying quality businesses in America right now is social media and impatience.

The world is full of fast. We have fast food, fast lanes, fast cars, and fast women. If you follow anything fast, it is difficult to find where fast is long term good solution. Society has identified FAST as good.

We have never KEPT anyone's supercharger, ever. We have superchargers here, waiting to go back to customers that are over 2 years old. The only way a supercharger is retained, sold or disposed of is the following:

1. The bill is past due more than 90 days.
2. No communication after repeated attempts for more than 90 days.
3. Abandoned superchargers: wait at least 1 year, then spend 90 days of reminders.

If you don't trust us, it is probably because you are basing it off your own personal traits, where no one trusts you.

The reason our company was trusted with the 100 Million Dollar Bugati is simple. We never advertise or brag about the vehicles that come to our shop. Good shops don't rely on Social Media to survive. We don't listen to the loudest voices telling us what we are doing right or wrong. 16 years of growth tells me that JB Performance is doing everything right. We will keep evolving, but not by listening to the loudest voices.

Technology can be a great thing. Sending us a supercharger? Use a tracker.

You can see where the supercharger is, if we have it, and how many times your package is picked up and moved. We recommend taping it to the supercharger.

If you decide you are hiding it, under a flap, tell us. Sometimes boxes are too small for our comfort to reuse, or damaged. If tell us, we can save your tracker for return.

Sincere Apologies from both Jon and Cam. Our communication with new and existing customers is very poor at the moment. We are extremely backed up as it is the busiest time of year. All employees are all hands on deck to help get projects moving at a steadier pace.
Our shop phone(s) switched carriers as one bought the other out. No voicemails were saved and the phone gave no option to save them during initial setup. Communication will slowly return to normal in the next few days/weeks as Cam, Jon, and the rest of the team get less busy with current customer projects in the shop. We are working as quickly and efficiently as possible without ever sacrificing quality.

I apologize in advance. We appreciate your patience. There is no one available today, as my spouse and I are attending a funeral for a loved one, out of State. Cameron is still out on Vacation. We will be working diligently to ship all items, answer emails, and phone calls.
