****Widows Cup 2026 Update****
Agenda is attached. Hard copies and a QR code will be available at registration.

Friday at 5:30pm we'll have a quick welcome meeting before we leave for the branding

Saturday morning 7:30am-9:00am full breakfast will be served at Arion Lodge, just a quick ride from Bentley's.

Kickstands up for Saturday's ride is 10:00am sharp. We'll be meeting in the front parking lot at Bentley's, making a stop at 38 West Pub in Waterboro for refreshment, then returning to the campground.

Rodeo starts at 2:00pm Saturday. I've heard there may be a new Rodeo game or 2 this year

Saturday night we have some great auction items, and the winner of the 2017 Street Glide raffle will be drawn! (Tickets will be sold until 1 hour prior to the drawing)

Funeral services for Brother Chris Carter will be this Saturday, September 5th at Poitras Funeral Home in Buxton.

Visiting hours 10am-11am, with a Masonic service to follow.

Third Degree will be meeting at Fraternal a lodge in Alfred at 9:30, then stopping at Tory Hill to meet up with Grand Chapter and Knights Templar to ride over together.

White shirt, black tie, dark pants and vests are requested attire.

RIP Tiny

Widows Sons Third Degree Chapter will be meeting at Waterboro Hannaford on Saturday, kickstands up promptly at 12:00pm to ride down to Orchard Lodge. Anyone who wants to ride with us to the service is welcome to join.

Widows Sons - standard funeral attire is requested- white shirt, dark pants, black tie and vest.

Thank you to everyone who purchased one of our raffle tickets at the 2026 Maine Moose Permit Lottery Drawing in Acton back in June. Great turn out and a fun time.

The winner of the motorcycle raffle will be drawn on September 19th.

Update on Widows Cup lodging: we might be able to scare up an RV hookup (not certain) but there is a cancellation waiting list for all other lodging. Attached is a list of local lodging that offers discounts for Bentley's guests. See you in September! 🙏❤️

All returning campers have been contacted and sites confirmed. If Flash has contacted you and confirmed your accommodation, please call Bentley's (207) 985-8966 to pay for your site/room ASAP.

As of this morning, Bentley's informed us that all Motel Rooms, Park Models and Cabins are SOLD OUT. There are, however, several Motels and Hotels within just a few miles of Bentley's that you may contact for possible accommodations. Please be advised that we are not affiliated with any of these establishments, but wanted to give folks a list in case you wanted to stay near the event:

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT contact Bentley’s directly. All reservations for Widows Cup weekend are being handled through Third Degree.

**Returning Guests – First Refusal**
Anyone who had a site, park model, cabin, or motel room last year will have first refusal for the same accommodation this year.
If you’re looking to upgrade, add, or change your site, you’ll be placed on a waiting list. Brother VP Flash (Al Martin) will be contacting everyone who had accommodations last year to confirm if you’re returning. It is critical that you respond to him promptly, or you risk losing your spot.

**New Reservation Requests**
If you did not have accommodations last year and would like to reserve for 2026, please text Flash at 207-251-8287 with the following:

Chapter & State
Accommodation requested (RV site, tent site, park model/cabin, or motel room)
