Ross Bus Sales keeps Louisiana’s school buses safe, reliable, and ready for the road. We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on technician to join our maintenance team.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical repairs on
diesel and gasoline engines
• Handle brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs
• Conduct PM services and DOT-level inspections
• Maintain accurate work orders and follow company safety standards
• Work efficiently and professionally in a team environment

Requirements:
• 5+ years as a diesel or fleet technician (school bus, truck, or similar experience preferred)
• Solid diagnostic and repair skills on diesel (Cummins, CAT, International) and gasoline (Ford) engines
• ASE certifications a plus
• CDL helpful but not required
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
