Happy Friday from Zia Autohaus! We're wrapping up the week with some major suspension work on an E92 328i. Years of rust had taken a toll on the rear suspension and subframe, so we're replacing the rear subframe, rear shocks, and rear control arms to restore the structural integrity and handling of the vehicle.

Repairs like these are a great reminder that rust can affect much more than appearance—it can compromise critical suspension and chassis components. We're excited to get this BMW back on the road with a solid foundation and renewed confidence behind the wheel.

Happy Monday from Zia Autohaus! We're starting the week with an interesting transmission diagnosis on a 2013 Audi S5. The vehicle was repeatedly going into limp mode while driving, affecting performance and drivability. After thorough testing and diagnosis, we traced the issue to a faulty transmission gear position sensor and gear shift module.

To ensure a complete repair, we're also performing a mechatronic rebuild to restore proper transmission operation and reliability. Complex diagnostic work like this is a reminder of how important it is to identify the root cause of a problem rather than simply replacing parts.

This vehicle came in with failed timing chain guide, a common but serious issue on these engines that can lead to catastrophic engine damage if left unaddressed. We’re replacing the timing chain components to get this X3 back to reliable operation and protected for the road ahead.
