An almost guaranteed failure we see on all 6.7 powerstrokes is the cold side intercooler pipe. These tend to fail at the absolute worst times, when you are hooked to a trailer, pulling a grade, and making boost! Our solution? The S&B metal pipe upgrade! With a larger than stock 3.5in pipe, 5ply aramid reinforced hose, and heavy duty t-bolt clamps, you can now have the confidence that this piece won’t leave you stranded. If you own a 6.7 powerstroke, you may have heard of the P0016 code, crank/cam correlation. The crank gears are pressed on with no way to prevent them from slipping which can occur under high gear train load typically from hot tuning or CP4 failure. We have the tooling to correct and retime this gear. We top it off by tig welding the crank gear to the snout of the crank to prevent this from ever happening! Whether your truck has already set the code or just wanting to do it preemptively, give us a call to get on the books today!

With larger tires and a lift kit, axle wrap becomes a very prominent issue. We were able to get this customer set up with a PMF suspension traction bar system that ties the bar into the lift block giving superior control in preventing axle wrap.
