2026 Charity RC Car Event, Saturday Sept 12th, Grace Church Eden Prairie

OffRoad, Oval, Bashing Ramps, Swap Meet, Spectator Races, and Car Show, Rescue Dog Adoption, Food Trucks, Silent Auction

We will be running full Off-Road event to finish out our season, expected classes: Novice, Mini, 2wd SCT, 4wd SCT, 2wd Buggy, and Rally. Season trophies awarded.

Oval Track we will be running NASCAR class to finish out our Sunday season. Trophies awarded.

We will also be running Spectator Races on the Oval Track, RC NASCARS provided. Fastest 3 consecutive laps wins a $50 gift card. Club racers not eligible for award.

Next race is the Charity race on Sat Sept 12th, racing starts at 11:00 for Off-Road and 12:00 for Oval. Grace Church in Eden Prairie.

New race class 'NASCAR Sportsman'!

For our oval track racing this week, we are going to also try an additional race class called 'NASCAR Sportsman'. All the box stock rules still apply, but the drivers will be running at 75% or slower. It will be a better way for us to bring in new drivers or for existing drivers that want to improve their driving. It is voluntary. It will help with the anxiety drivers may be feeling of getting in the way of the top drivers. Anyone that has done a A-main race when we have also had a B-main should not do down into this class.

Also, I will be short a helper this week for setting up and taking down the track. If anyone wants to pitch in, your racing would be free. Reach out.

See you Thursday evening at the church and Sunday at Dollar Hobbyz Raceway.
