Been a crazy busy spring little photo dump.

Custom Camper quality post of the month.

customer has dented in ramp door on her reverse load. facotry chose to use individual aluminum sheets instead of one large sheet. this caused the welds to break and the floor to give in.

We instead install one solid sheet of 3/16 vs 1/8. welded on the out side edge and holes cut at cross member to weld down the center of the sheet.

Welding was done in slow increments from opposite side to keep from over heating and wrapping the new floor.

More to come on this trailer repairs as we continue this project. this will be getting a Werm Flooring Systems in the horse area and ramp.

Trails west came in for light wiring problem. replaced all damaged wires and poor connection. installed all new led lighting and a proper junction box.

while check the brake we notice the rear leaf spring hanger was broke off and the frame was is tough shape. rebuilt both side and install all new brakes.

4- 8 bolt steel wheels and Carlisle st 235/85/16 10 ply tires for sale. Previous owner install tires last fall, very few miles still has nubs on the outside thread. Wheel and tires cost them 1, 325.66 install. looking to get 850.00 obo for them

faster and cheaper isnt always better. we are tearing apart a 2017 bison that someone else has tried to repair previous. on top of not fixing the water leak they did a terrible repair job. and tried to hide part of it with laminate flooring in the bath room.

Make sure you know who's repairing your trailer it can cost ya in the long run.

I try have a quick turn around on project but will not compromise on quality( I dont like doing things twice)
schedule can fill fast and it sucks to wait but it can cost alot more in the long run.
