We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Tifton shop!

Interstate National Lease is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader with strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to manage daily shop operations, lead technicians, and provide excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:

✅ 3–5 years of Service Manager experience in truck leasing or fleet maintenance (preferred)

✅ Minimum of 7 years of heavy-duty truck or diesel mechanical experience

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience with shop operations, preventive maintenance, inventory, and cost control

✅ Computer proficiency (Karmak experience is a plus)

✅ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

This past Wednesday, we gathered at our Forest Park shop to celebrate Service Manager Ben Wilson and his retirement after nearly 29 years with INL. We shared lunch, enjoyed a special cake, and celebrated with Ben and the team.

Ben is moving closer to be near his family, and we wish him all the best as he begins this next chapter. Thank you, Ben, for your many years of dedication and service. Congratulations on your retirement! We hope it brings you lots of happiness and time with the people you love.

🏈 Jersey & Tailgate Day was a success!

We came ready to represent our favorite teams—and apparently prepared enough food to feed the entire league! We ate, grazed and went back for “just one more bite” all day long. 😄

There may have been a little friendly rivalry, but there was plenty of good food, laughter and team spirit to go around. Thank you to everyone who participated and brought something to share!
