In the hopes of clearing up any confusion, we wanted to make it clear that Stein-Dinse will still ship to MG CYCLE, and we are getting routine deliveries from them. We are aware that Stein has chosen to not ship directly to individuals at this time, as the documentation and Customs requirements are massive due to our current administrations tariffs decisions, but they are still fulfilling our orders, along with one other large US buyer. If you are in need of items from Stein-Dinse, we can assist...however, please be aware that delivery times will be much longer than if you were able to purchase from them directly. This is due to the fact that we must place large vendor orders and wait for those to be fulfilled and shipped. This will mean at least a few weeks from when your order is placed until we have the item(s)...also assuming they have the part(s) when we place the order. If you need something from Stein, and we do not have it on our website, you will need to email us so that we can setup the part online and provide a link where that can be ordered. As well, we are bound by US Customs to pay the duties for these tariffs, and those will be reflected in the price. We understand that Stein's website did not show/include the tariffs in your shopping cart, but that is because they have nothing to do with collecting these fees (that is done by US Customs when the goods are imported to the USA...not when exported from Germany). Again, we are still able to obtain parts from Stein-Dinse, but that will take some time, and the cost will reflect the current tariffs.
