My wife's car had been hit on the driver's door while parked in a parking lot. Nearly a year after the auto body repairs we began to experience what was called a " vampire drain " of the battery, which was especially noticeable in cold weather. We went to three places to find the problem. Eventually because of a referral we took her car to Crabtree. They were very persistent. They determined the door lock module needed to be replaced. That was done and in the two weeks since we have not encountered a problem with the car starting since."
