A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at Con - NRCC last week! 🙌

It was great catching up with familiar faces, meeting new people, and introducing our new RO10K Spot-Free Rinse System.

We loved seeing the interest in the RO10K and hearing everyone's feedback. It's always valuable to connect with the people who use our equipment every day.

Thanks for another great show!

We can’t fit all of our equipment in our booth at Carwash Con - NRCC. But you can still see more of it in action.

On Monday, Tom Hoffman Jr. will host the Virtual Carwash Tour, taking attendees inside four operating washes, including Hoffman Car Wash’s Loudonville, NY location.

Loudonville gives you a look at our equipment working in the environment it was designed for. Tom will walk through the remodel, what changed, and the impact those changes have had on the operation. Some of that equipment won’t be on the show floor, so the tour is a chance to see more of the full picture.

Join the Virtual Carwash Tour on Monday, then stop by Booth 313 at Carwash Con East to see more of our equipment up close.

A great couple of days with our distribution partners in Albany!

Thank you to everyone who made the trip for our 2026 Partner Open House. We spent time touring our washes, digging into equipment and training, sharing ideas, and talking about how we can continue to better support our partners and their customers.

We’re incredibly appreciative of the time, feedback, and conversation everyone brought to the event. Getting this group together each year is always a highlight, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

Before you build your next car wash, ask yourself if you've maximized the one you already have.

Take a ride through the newly remodeled 100' Hoffman Car Wash in Loudonville, NY. Following the remodel, the location saw an 88% increase in car volume, along with significant growth in sales and unlimited memberships.

Sometimes the biggest opportunity isn't building new. It's making the most of what you already have.

"The investment doesn't stop the day that you wash your first car."

One of the biggest mistakes operators make is treating opening day as the finish line.

This Hoffman Car Wash location was the shortest tunnel in the system and one of its lowest-volume sites. A strategic remodel featuring Hoffman innovateIT tunnel and backroom equipment, an AVW Equipment Co., Inc Dual Belt Conveyor, a prepless conversion, and free vacuums transformed the site.

The results:

📈 +88% Car Volume
📈 +39% Sales
📈 +36% Unlimited Memberships

Growth doesn't always require a larger footprint.

Sometimes it starts with reinvestment.

What slows car wash growth isn’t always the market.

Sometimes it’s the process behind the build itself.

In this clip from Ask the Expert, Michael MacDowell, CEO of Momentum Car Wash Specialists, discusses why involving the right partners early in the process can help operators avoid bottlenecks, shorten startup timelines, and get to revenue faster.

Even experienced operators can unintentionally build in ways that slow long-term growth.
