There was a time when working on darker-colored vehicles was something I didn’t look forward to.
You see everything.
Every scratch. Every dent. Every paint chip. Every imperfection seems to stand out the moment you pull the lights out and start working.
For a while, that was frustrating. But somewhere along the way, my perspective changed.
I started to appreciate what those imperfections were teaching me.
Detailing isn’t just about making a vehicle look clean.
It’s about learning how to refine your skills, understanding the surface in front of you, and knowing how to bring out the best in what you’re working with.
A vehicle like this is a reminder of why you keep learning and why you keep practicing. The more you refine your craft, the more you start to see the process differently.
Whatever your craft may be, enjoy the process. Enjoy learning. Enjoy getting better.
Because sometimes the things that challenge you the most are the things that teach you the most.
