Responsibilities:

* Performs variety of vehicle cleaning tasks such as (but not limited to) washing, polishing, buffing, interior cleaning, and window cleaning.
* Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devises.
* Applies revitalizers and preservative agents to vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals.
* Cleans engine and engine departments with stem cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents.
* Inspects quality of work performed to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Uses proper eye, hand, and body equipment when using products that require protection.
* Operates tools and equipment in a safe manner.
* Reaches production objectives set by management.
* Assists in all other areas of the Department, as needed.
* Performs other administrative duties as needed.
* Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner.
* Maintains a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Auto Mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles for our dealership only. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them with the aim to deliver maximum reliability and functionality.

Responsibilities:

-Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
-Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
-Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
-Independently diagnose vehicles,
-Have personal tool set capable of repairing any task at hand.
-Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
-Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
-Keep logs on work and issues
-Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
-Follow checklists to ensure thorough examination of all parts and systems

Skills and Qualifications:

Experienced: Automotive Mechanics: 5 years (Required)

-High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-Completion of a postsecondary program in automotive service technology a plus
-ASE certification a plus
-Basic computer skills required
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-Strong communication skills
-Proven experience as auto mechanic
-Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
-Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
