2020 Dodge Ram 4500 — No Brakes

This 2020 Dodge 4500 came in from one of our really good commercial customers with little to no braking power.

After diagnosing the braking system, we narrowed the problem down to issues with the hydroboost system. We made the necessary repairs, restored proper brake assist, and got the truck stopping like it should.

2017 F150 Ecoboost (Timing Codes)

We are always transparent with you guys from pictures to videos of findings and repairs on your vehicle. The more reputable shops have swapped to this because so many shops in the industry are just taking advantage of people. We got this truck just 13 months after a local ford dealer to the Birmingham area “fixed” it. The upsetting part to us is, the customer was charged $2800.00 for 1 timing chain. The truck still rattled on start up and was told it is normal.
To be honest this customer had a lot of trust issues, questions, and obstacles to over come. He was referred to us by 2 of our amazing customers, so that gave us some solid foundation to start. We replaced everything timing wise in the truck. Simply because Jason wont let our techs patch anything. Our mentality is let’s fix it right within their budget the first time. This prevents down time, waist full spending, and hard feelings.

2015 Chevrolet suburban (DOD Lifter Failed)

Customer was quoted $9800 on a used engine from another local shop here in Alabaster. Our plan originally was just to do a full Displacement on Demand removal. Upon further tear down, we had cam bearing issues due to metal contamination. After we worked thru the kinks with the customer with the parts and timing. Our staff rebuilt it in house from top to bottom. No more displacement on demand 💩. After tuning with HP Tuners, he is still in it $1500 cheaper than a used motor. We have now retained a life long customer.

2017 Chevrolet 3500 (random stalling)

This customer was referred to us by another shop that couldn’t narrow down the issue and gave them our number. It took us a couple days of strategic checks and can bus test to narrow down what part of the truck it was in. The truck would randomly shut off.
We found the 4 wires that had been corroded, made the correct repair, then loomed the harness to look factory.

The the time has come for a week long vacation. Thank you guys for the years of support. We apologize for any inconveniences. We haven’t had a full week off in 8 years, time to spend sometime with our families.

We have one guy that is still booking appointments and for emergencies like towing. Jason will not be back until 4/20/2026. Once again thank you guys and we will see you soon refreshed and ready to serve you again.
