My elderly mother's car broke down and auto club sent Kinney's. She was alone in a deserted parking lot.
Kinney's got there in no time. The driver named Roy hooked up the car quickly and assisted her into the cab.
When they reached her home, he helped her get down and took the time to carry all her packages to her porch. I want to thank Roy for taking such good care of my mom.

I want to thank you and your driver Ben for your service today! I had a flat tire on the highway during rush hour traffic. Ben arrived quickly. He made sure my daughter and I were safely inside the truck first, which was very clean! Ben was efficient and very courteous, patient in the very backed up traffic.
