For Service Dept . Second time dealing with this and have had the car a month!! First time was 2 weeks after and was told Nothing showed up as being wrong. So two weeks later the same thing. If it’s going to die every two weeks I don’t want it 😳😂

Just want to tell everybody that if you have any dealings with volkswagen of Akron to beware they are scammers, they told me that parts are broken on my car and they weren’t !!!And needed to be replaced. several items on my car were less than 6000 miles on those parts and they told me that they were all bad I added a parts list to this post so everybody can see what kind of thievery they are doing. Very poor business ethics. Beware!!! Please share this post so no one gets ripped off.
My lease on my BMW 4 series ended in December and I decided to turn the car in and not get another BMW.
I arrived at the dealership for my appointment for the turn and was not acknowledged by the person who set the appointment. He saw me enter the dealership and he was with another customer. No problem I thought since he was talking with some who was going to buy. So I waited in the showroom but he never acknowledged me. How odd.
Another sales person came up to me and ask if he could help. I explained why I was there and he got someone to help me with the turn in.
All in all, the experience left me with a negative feeling. I don't know what's going on there, but it seems to me since Jay Auto Group took over the service has gotten worse.

I received a letter today from you telling me that I've paid down my car enough to qualify for a great deal on a new one. Let me tell you why I won't do business with you again (Not that you'd care), Last year, I called with a service question on the Porsche Cayenne I bought from you. Your B**** receptionist informed me that you've never sold one of those and hung up on me. I never got nasty, nor did I even get to ask my question. It took days of calling for me to be able to get past her to your service desk. Then, it only happened because she was out to lunch. With a nasty receptionist, how on earth do you do a good business? Quit contacting me. I'd rather buy a used car from a politician out of DC than you.
