Dear Sawyerwood Service Customers,
As many of you have probably noticed by now, Sawyerwood Service has officially closed following the owner’s retirement. I want to sincerely thank every one of you who trusted us with your vehicles and supported the shop over the years.
I had the privilege of serving as the lead mechanic and service writer here, and it’s been an honor to get to know so many in our community. I also want to thank Tom (or Mac as many of you know him) for all the knowledge, guidance, and experience he shared with me over the years — it’s played a huge part in where I am today.
While Sawyerwood has closed its doors, I’m still working in the area and continuing to provide the same honest, reliable service I always aimed to deliver. For anyone who wishes to keep in touch or have me continue working on their vehicle, you can find me at Young's Automotive Atwater, OH — about 15 minutes from here.

If your vehicle needs repair, or even just regular maintenance and you find yourself having to wait with the vehicle, wait here by the lake. Bring a fishing pole and catch a few fish while we take care of your vehicle. The drive thru next door sells bait and beverages. There’s also a beautiful walking path along the lake, as well as play grounds at the other end of the walking path.

Do you have an E-check coming up? Is your check engine light on? The engine light can come on for many different reasons, stop in or call for a free scan. (Further diagnostics may require a charge, but we will atleast scan the codes and let you know what you’d be up against). Avoid lettting your engine light go too long without proper diagnosis as it can potential damage other components of the vehicle.
