The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and basic mechanical abilities. Responsibilities include performing oil changes, conducting visual inspections, executing basic automotive repairs, tire installations, tire repairs, maintaining shop cleanliness, and assisting experienced technicians.
