Here’s how it came in 🔧

The widebody was already partially blended into the factory panels. After inspecting it, we decided to build up the transitions with fiberglass for a smoother, more consistent shape.

Good results start with prep.

Sanding and preparing the surfaces for the next stage.

Applying fiberglass-reinforced filler to build up and shape the transitions.

The shape is coming together.

After sanding, we applied body filler to refine the contours and smooth out the surface.

Shaped, sanded, and primed.

With the contours dialed in, it was time for primer.
