One of my favorite things is watching somebody walk into one of our homes for the first time.

Because sometimes you can literally see their expectations change.

They walk through the door.

They look around.

And their mouth just drops.

Then we hear:

“Wow… this actually feels like a home.”

And I get it.

A lot of people have an idea in their head of what a manufactured home is supposed to look and feel like.

I had that idea too.

Then you actually walk through one of the newer homes and it's completely different than what you pictured.

That's why if you're even a little curious, come walk through one.

You don't have to buy anything.

Just come see what you think.

I’ll admit it.

Before I got around these newer homes, when somebody said “mobile home,” I pictured green algae growing up the side of something that had been sitting there for 50 or 60 years.

Uneven floors.

Thin walls.

Basically a cardboard box. 😂

Then I actually walked through the homes we have today.

I was shocked.

It was a thousand times better than what I had in my head.

And now I get to watch other people have that same reaction.

They walk in and their mouths drop.

You get the:

“Wow… this actually feels like a home.”

My best friend was probably the hardest person to convince. She’s lived in an older trailer her entire life and wanted absolutely nothing to do with another one.

I finally convinced her to come look.

Now we spend hours together going through catalogs trying to pick out what she wants.

So if you’ve already decided you’d never live in a mobile or manufactured home…

Fair enough.

But come walk through one of the new ones before you make it official. 😉

Want to know what my favorite part of a meal is? Appetizers! You can't go wrong with a mozzarella stick...or 10.

Just like no meal is complete without an appetizer, no good show can be started without an opener. And while we don't pick favorites here at Premier Midwest Homes, I'd like to think we all like our buddy Eli Howard a bit more than mozzarella sticks. 🤪

Luckily Kicks Bar & Grill will have both on Thursday, August 20th! No one puts on a show quite like this dude, you won't want to miss it!
