We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to join our team.
Position Summary

The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers and plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experience. This position involves greeting customers, gathering vehicle information, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with technicians, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Create repair orders and service estimates
• Communicate repair recommendations and costs to customers
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Coordinate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics and repairs
• Keep customers updated on repair progress
• Process invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate service records
• Assist with general office and front-counter operations

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Automotive knowledge is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Computer and phone proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
