🌿 A NEW CHAPTER ON THE RED RIVER 🌿
We have some exciting news to share with our Canoe the Red River family…

Canoe the Red River is under new family ownership, and we’re incredibly excited to introduce you to the next chapter of this special place: RED RIVER VALLEY. 🏕️🛶🚐

For years, families, friends, campers and canoer's have come here to slow down, get outside and make memories along the Red River. We’re honored to become the stewards of a place that already means so much to so many people.

But as this summer season comes to a close, a new chapter is just beginning. ❤️
While Mother Nature will always have a say in life on the river, there is a whole lot we can do — and we’re already getting to work.

Over the coming months, we’ll be putting a lot of time, energy and love into the property so that when next season arrives, Red River Valley is ready to welcome you back better than ever with a lot more fun in store.

And while there’s a new family behind it, the things you love about this place aren’t going anywhere.

Same beautiful river.
Same Tennessee outdoors.
Same place to camp and get away.
Now with a whole lot planned for the future. ❤️

Our vision is to make Red River Valley an even better place to:

🏕️ CAMP — Tent camping & the great outdoors
🛶 CANOE — Canoeing, kayaking & river adventures
🚐 STAY — RV sites & overnight getaways
🔥 GATHER — Events, celebrations, groups & time together

We’ll be improving the property, expanding what we offer and sharing the transformation with you along the way — while keeping the laid-back, outdoor character that makes this place special.

So on this Labor Day, as one season winds down, we’re rolling up our sleeves and getting to work on the next one.

To everyone who has camped here, Canoe'd the river, stayed with us , brought your family, celebrated here or simply followed along over the years — we hope you’ll come along for this next chapter.
We have a lot planned, and we can’t wait to show you what’s coming.

👇 We’d love to hear from you 👇
What’s your favorite memory from Canoe the Red River? And what would you love to see at Red River Valley in the future?

See you on the river next season. 🛶🌲and looking forward to introducing ourselves through the next few weeks.

Unfortunately due to horribly low river levels we have had to make a very difficult decision😔 we will be closed thru the remainder of Labor Day weekend as far as any canoe/kayaking. We know our and you alls equipment would take a awful beating, plus walking in ankle deep areas aswell. It also isn't very feasible with employees, drivers and dockhands. It also lengthens the time in which our staff has to be here and on site. We want to still to encourage ppl and families to come out for camping and a great day of family fun by the water and cool off. Thx for understanding 🏕🛶😎✌️
