ATOKA CUSTOMERS! We are soon to announce our new dedicated service to the Atoka area. We will be running multiple scheduled deliveries daily. Do not think of us as a distance away but as on the way anyhow. Call us with any needs big, small, whatever and we will have it in route shortly if we have in hand or will send over promptly once we do have it. This is in response to a number of customers liking our service, pricing and availability of parts on hand but worried about the time or distance. Time/distance is not an issue, we are committed to being a resource to our customers and providing as good of support as possible.

We are going to do something almost unheard of and put blow out pricing on all remaining dual revolution lights we have in stock to anyone that is in the market for a quantity of them. We will not be able order them for that same pricing as these have been in stock and are at old cost so its only what we have on hand, first come, first serve. We will not give a discount on single pieces must be of a good number, we prefer to sell a box full at a time until gone. So you want to save some serious $$ for that cool set of lights now is the time.

Due to the weather we will be closed today. Looks like we got another 3 inches of snow last night and while we have a few projects that really need done it doesnt make sense to have people risk driving in. The road were bad enough last night and the added snow doesnt help.

We got another pallet of batteries in today as Jan and Feb are usually the harshest of months in this area on batteries. If your batteries are a couple years old they will likely let you down when temps drop below freezing. We stock Deka Batteries that are Made in the USA, 950CCA. These also carry an 18 month replacement warranty but should last well past that. You won't find a better battery!

While we pride ourselves on trying to get to people in a timely manner and helping were possible sometime we are reminded that we can't satisfy some people and today we had just such a call. Customer "Do you have someone you can send out to put on an airbag?"
Me "I should be able to send a guy that way in just a little bit."
Customer "How long is a little bit?"
Me "Probably 30-40 minutes to get him to stop what he's on and load up what he needs to head out"
Customer "Well never mind if its going to take that long I'll just send one of my guys down"

I guess we are expected to have a guy sitting still waiting on the phone to ring for some people. Like we can afford to pay a mechanic to wait for their call and be sitting there ready to go 24/7 for something that's literally called us 2 times in the past year that I'm aware of.

I really don't see how we can do better than that or anyone else could for that matter. Don't tell me that's you giving us a chance when that's no chance at all!! I'm sure I'll be told by that guy how he tried to use us but we just don't want to work with him but fact is I'm not going to promise a guy to be on the road in 5 minutes when I know it'll take longer than that to get the ticket made, directions to location relayed and parts put onto the truck to get in route than that. I'd rather under promise and overdeliver personally.
