We are still doing business in our original location at 1325 Butternut Street and have grown into a nationally recognized automotive company. Our customers travel from all over the Big Country area because they know they have someone they can trust take care of all their automotive needs. When Procter Automotive started over 60 years ago, Bob Procter with his tools and a 3 bay shop, built the foundation for what we are today. Today we have over 20 employees, more than 20 bays and proud to be Abilene’s only AAA approved repair shop. Recently, Procter Automotive was named at one of the top 50 repair shops in America by Auto Training Institute (ATI) and was just awarded the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Outstanding Market Place Ethics.
