Career Opportunity: Car Rental Manager
Five Star Collision Repair Center – Aberdeen, WA
Are you a customer service pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Five Star Collision Repair Center is looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Car Rental Manager to join our team!

As the face of our rental department, you’ll play a key role in keeping our community moving. Not only do we assist customers while their vehicles are in the shop, but we are also a Hertz affiliated rental site, providing vehicles for anyone who needs a rental for any occasion!

The Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Benefits: Competitive benefits package, paid vacation, and sick leave.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing exceptional, high-energy customer service to our rental car customers.

Managing rental bookings and vehicle inventory for both collision clients and general Hertz travelers.

Handling high volumes of phone calls and emails with timely, professional responses.

Utilizing computer systems and Hertz-affiliated platforms to track contracts and schedules.

Ensuring a seamless, stress-free rental process for every guest.

What We’re Looking For:
Must be 18+ years old, and have a valid license.
Must also have exceptional Communication: Professional and clear on the phone and in writing.

Highly Organized: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and schedules without breaking a sweat.

Tech-Fluent: Comfortable navigating computers and managing a busy digital inbox.

Reliability: Someone our team and our customers can count on every single day.
