In Uganda, it has been established that we have a big population of youths and most of them are referred to as un employed, un employment happens not because there are no opportunities, it is there simply because our youths are/have been lacking the sense of how they can utilize simple resources around them and how someone can begin small then grow big, we discovered that fear of failure factor has been and reigning in youths hence preventing them from beginning something which forces us to run a continuous campaign in sensitizing them to engage in different aspects of becoming successful
