Take a close look at this photo. What you see here isn't just a piece of metal—it is the backbone of a true custom build.

There is a unique beauty in the fabrication stage. Before the chrome, before the paint, and before the final polish, there is just raw steel, heavy-duty springs, and hours of precise garage work. A classic Springer front end is the ultimate statement piece for a chopper or bobber, but building one is a strict game of physics and engineering.

Every component you see in this shot has to be perfectly calculated. The alignment of the triple trees, the tension of the dual springs, and the strength of every weld pool must be absolutely flawless to handle the real-world forces of the road. It’s a delicate balance between old-school aesthetic and modern structural integrity.

We are currently mocking up the front end, checking the clearances, and ensuring the geometry is spot on. The journey from a pile of steel tubing to a smooth-operating, road-ready suspension is long, greasy, and incredibly rewarding. No shortcuts. Just precision, patience, and a passion for heavy metal.

I’m excited to share a sneak peek of our latest custom project based in Sweden. The centerpiece of this build is the custom-fabricated Girder Fork.

This project is more than just a motorcycle; it’s a tribute to craftsmanship and technical art. We’ve focused on creating a clean, "taildragger" silhouette that feels at home on the roads of Stockholm.
