A standard milling drum shouldn’t be done at 4,000–5,000 hours just because the holder bolts and bolt holes wear out first.

With TH12, we’ve helped push that working life closer to 6,500–7,000 hours. 🔧

The problem with many traditional drums is that too much impact stays on the bolt connection.

That leads to:

⚠️ Loose holders
⚠️ Repeated retightening
⚠️ Ongoing bolt-hole wear

TH12 changes how the holder base carries the load.

Its patented self-locking design moves more force into the drum body and reduces bolt reliance by around 80%.

That also removes the traditional full retightening every 500 hours under normal conditions.

The result is around 1.3× the service life of the original drum.

The old wear cycle comes from the holder design — not because the drum body can’t last longer.

Comment “DRUM” if you want a quick walkthrough of TH12.

They weren’t looking for a chain that could beat OEM.

They just wanted similar life at a better cost.

Their normal replacement cycle was around 2.5 years.

Then Generation E kept going.

3 years.
3.5 years.
And finally around 4 years — with the chain still not failed. 🔧

That worked out to roughly 1.7× the working life they were used to on their W250 and W2200.

The result changed their next purchase too.

Instead of buying just another chain, they moved to a full Generation E undercarriage system.

Sometimes the better-cost option doesn’t have to mean giving up service life. 💰

Comment “CHAIN” if you want to compare it with what you’re running now.

A track roller shouldn’t be replaced because the seal failed first. 🔧

One W210 contractor used to see rollers start leaking after around 1.5–2 years — sometimes even earlier.

Then they switched to our Generation E track rollers.

The first set ran for more than 3.5 years with zero `oil leaks. ✅

That’s the difference we wanted to fix.

Because once the oil leaks out, whatever wear life is left on the roller doesn’t matter anymore.

A roller should come off because it’s worn out — not because the seal gave up first.

They bought Generation E again after the first set.

Comment “ROLLER” if you want to see how we solved the leakage problem.

Harder material doesn’t automatically mean a longer-life track chain.

If the structure stays the same, the chain body can still become the weak point first.

On a traditional chain, repeated pulling force keeps loading the area around the outer pin hole. The longer the chain runs, the more total stress that area has to carry.

So when you compare a longer-life chain, don’t just ask:

“How hard is the material?”

Ask:

“Was the structure redesigned to survive the longer life?” 🔧

That one question could help you cut track chain cost by up to 50%.

Comment “CHAIN” and our team will review your current setup and help you find the right solution.

You don’t have to choose between an OEM drum and replacing the whole machine.

A good aftermarket drum can cut drum cost by up to 50% — but only if you know what to check first.

Before you buy, ask these 3 questions:

🔧 How are holder position and angle controlled?
Look for 3D automatic positioning and robotic welding.

⚙️ How are the holders made and heat treated?
Look for precision machining and advanced heat treatment.

📏 Does every finished drum get dynamic balance testing?
That helps keep the drum running smoothly and protects service life.

If the supplier can’t clearly answer those three, don’t buy the drum.

A quick-change track link can open fast and still fail where it matters most — under load.
The first thing to check isn’t opening speed.
It’s what carries the pulling force, impact, and side load when the machine is working.
On many designs, the bolts end up doing too much of that work.
Generation E uses a patented interlocking geometry so the link bodies mechanically lock together and carry more of the working force.
That means:
✅ Up to 10× the strength of typical quick-change links
✅ Up to 70% faster track opening
✅ Less load concentrated on the bolts
A good quick-change link should be fast to open and strong enough to stay locked.
Comment “LINK” and we’ll show you how the locking system works.

A 3-year track chain life shouldn’t be treated as the limit anymore.
Wear-resistant materials and manufacturing have improved. But once the wear life gets longer, the old chain structure has to survive more pulling, impact, and deformation too.
That’s why simply using harder material isn’t enough.
Generation E uses our patented X-Type structure to spread load across a larger area and reinforce critical high-stress sections.
The result:
✅ 3.5–4.5 year design working cycle
✅ Up to 1.7× longer working life
✅ Up to 30% more thickness in critical areas
The old chain life ceiling came from the old structure — not today’s technology.

Opening the track shouldn’t be the hardest part of an undercarriage repair. 🔧
But every time you need to replace a roller, sprocket, or idler, the track still has to come apart first.
That’s why we built a dedicated service point into our Generation E track chain.
Our patented Fast Replace Track Link can cut track-opening time by up to 70%.
And it’s not a weak link.
It’s built to handle the same pulling, impact, and side loads as the rest of the chain, with the same 3.5–4.5 year working cycle.
Faster access shouldn’t mean giving up durability.

8 months. 12 months. Then 16 months.
That’s what happened when this contractor compared aftermarket pads, OEM pads, and EVERPADS on their W250 and W2200. 👀
Cheap aftermarket pads usually lasted around 8 months, with cracking happening often.
OEM stretched that to about 12 months — but at a much higher price, and edge chipping was still there.
Then they tried EVERPADS.
Our pads ran for around 16 months with much less edge chipping. They only came off when the track chain was replaced. 🔧
After switching both machines, they’ve saved more than $12,000 in two years. 💰
You shouldn’t have to choose between cheap pads that fail early and expensive OEM pads.
Comment “PADS” and we’ll compare EVERPADS with what you’re running now.

One leaking roller used to mean replacing a set earlier than they wanted.
That was the problem on this contractor’s W250 and W2200.
Their OEM rollers usually started leaking after about 1–2 years. Even the ones that didn’t leak normally lasted around 2.5 years.
Then they tried Generation E.
The first set ran for about 3 years — and when it finally came off, the rollers were worn out, but not one had leaked oil. 🔧
They bought Generation E again, and the second set has now been running for 20 months.
Across the two machines, they’ve saved more than $10,000. 💰
If one leaking roller is forcing you to replace a whole set early, comment “ROLLER.”
