This is a example of a health report.
*VEHICLE HEALTH REPORT*
*Registration:* TCH 4549
*Vehicle:* Toyota Hilux Vigo 2KD
*Date:* 29 April 2026
*Scan:* Full Engine + Fuel + Turbo Live Data at Idle
*THE GOOD NEWS âś…*
Your engine is mechanically strong. No expensive repairs needed right now:
1. *Fuel Pump & Injectors*: Healthy. Fuel pressure normal, injectors firing perfectly.
2. *Engine Timing*: Perfect. Engine running smooth inside.
3. *Turbo*: Healthy. Turbo vanes moving full range, no replacement needed.
*THE ISSUE WE FOUND ⚠️*
*Air Measurement System - Needs Attention*
- *MAF Sensor reading: 17.84 g/s at idle*
- *Normal reading should be: 3 - 5 g/s*
- *What this means:* Your engine computer thinks 3x more air is entering than actually is. So it adds extra diesel = your fuel bill is higher.
*Why this happens:*
Small air leak in turbo hose OR dirty/faulty MAF sensor. Very common on Vigo after 100,000km.
*WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF IGNORED:*
Extra diesel = carbon buildup → EGR clog → Turbo damage → DPF blockage
Small fix today = Big repair bill tomorrow.
*OUR RECOMMENDATION:*
1. *Inspect all turbo/intercooler hoses + clamps* for cracks/leaks
2. *Clean MAF sensor* with special spray - 10 min job
3. *Re-test after repair* - MAF should drop to 3.5-4.5 g/s
4. *Carbon Clean service* after fixing air leak to keep engine clean
*COST COMPARISON:*
Fix air leak + MAF now: $50 - $150
Wait until turbo/EGR fails: $2,000+
*BOTTOM LINE:*
TCH 4549 engine is healthy. Only 1 sensor is giving wrong information. Fix this now while engine is still perfect. You’ll save fuel + avoid big repairs...
