Addressing the practice of stacking fans (Putting one fan directly in front of the other)

Stacking fans do not significantly, if at all, improve cooling performance. At best, it will make it easier for one fan to get air, but not enhance the volume of air passing through.

The customer's vehicle in the pictures show three things, foam tape at the top of the condenser (Installed by us), the third fan removed and the operating pressures.

1. The vehicle was missing refrigerant
2. The condenser was extremely dirty
3. The condenser was physically too far away from the radiator for efficient cooling, given that the two fans are inside the engine bay.

We installed the foam tape to ensure that the air comes through the condenser, rather than over it, removed the third fan, topped up the refrigerant and washed the condenser.

When service was completed, the customer was satisfied with a system that was performing at a higher efficiency than he had experienced since purchasing the vehicle.
