ZF6HP19 Transmission valvebody zip kit and solenoids installation. This transmission was experiencing slipping during shifts only on wide open throttle or when the engine is loaded. This valvebody service and solenoid replacement 100% rectified the issue.

2020 Jeep Gladiator 3.6L V6. Transmission diagnosed and TCM quick learn was completed using our J2534 pass through.

2019 Hyundai Tucson 1.6T with Dual clutch transmission model D7UF1.
Transmission gears were slipping and binding on shifts.
The clutch was found to be significantly worn.
All necessary components were supplied, replaced and calibrated to specification to completely resolve all previous problems.

The Ford F150, with an AODE transmission, is in for a valvebody performance upgrade. This upgrade will allow manual control of gear shifts and provide more positive and performance-oriented gear shifts on the automatic transmission.

2022 Nissan Note in for HV battery and HV cooling system service. If you are unsure of the condition of your HV cooling system or HV battery get it serviced. It is always best practice to be aware of the condition of these components in your vehicle. Service intervals should be once every 2-3 years or sooner if the vehicle is operating in a heavily polluted or dust filled area.

Honda Vezel RU3. This vehicle came in for problems regarding reverse. It was discovered that the dual clutch assembly together with the hydraulic release bearings were compromised. The clutch assembly was supplied and installed together with the pilot bearing on the crankshaft. After installation a relearn procedure was initiated and completed for the transmission to ensure proper and smooth shifts.

CS3 Lancer came in with a firm/rough engagement as well as being in a fail safe mode. A diagnostic scan showed the line pressure control solenoid having an open circuit. After further investigation it was determined that the wires for the transmission main case connector were experiencing internal corrosion to the point of creating an open circuit for the line pressure control solenoid. The case connector was replaced with a new one and the problem experienced was 100% rectified.

Toyota Hilux with firm/rough engagement in both Drive and Reverse. This is a new issue we have seen in these vehicles specifically the 2018 model year with AC60E/F transmission. Although, any model hilux that carries this transmission can suffer these issues.
The vehicle was diagnosed and one of the pressure control solenoids was found to be failing. This solenoid was supplied and replaced together with the transmission fluid and filter which 100% rectified the problem.

Jeep Grand Cherokee conductor plate supplied and replaced together with the transmission filter and fluid. Transmission 722.6.
