What is the story behind the Carnival of Trinidad & Tobago?

That story and modern day culture, has motivated us to produce
this one of a kind license plate: Is WE CARNIVAL, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO

The piece acknowledges most of that which makes T&T carnival a truly unique experience. Within the background of the plate are the themes of Carnival in Trinidad & Tobago: musicians, designers, bandleaders, individuals and organisations, food & drink and activities.

The yellow Motif depicts the steel pan, our beloved national
instrument, while the eyes and paint smear, an alluring reminder and part of the Carnival experience.

The big truck in the background, a rugged reminder of their pivotal role on Monday & Tuesday!

Castrol Gridkhana showcases a variety of cars competing in drag and drift races for prizes and memories in Trinidad & Tobago.

We have a License Plate Story featuring one of the competitors from the event, that is modified in a rare way>>here is Neil's Turbocharged Suzuki Swift!

"The car was purchased in 2022 from a close friend Devi Nath, the proprietor of the event. It has a winning history from
competing in many forms of racing, however reliability was a bit of an issue. My friend Christopher Ramnauth aka Flat Out
Motorsports, told me we can take on the project as a joint venture; I did not hesitate at the opportunity.

Modifications are extensive ranging from D2 track spec coilovers, Garrett ball bearing T28 turbo, Exedy hyper disc clutch
Aem water m**h injection kit. All controlled by a Maxx Street standalone management and driver protected by a Cusco bolt in roll cage.

On buying the car the engine had to be replaced because there had some damage to the block. We got a used stock m15 1.5L engine
and swapped it out, upgraded the management and it has been taking the abuse since!

What I like most about this car is that it's a unique package. There aren't any other turbo charged ZC31 swifts, that race
competitively so people never know what to expect and are usually quite surprised and impressed by the build.
Future plans are to rebuild a forged bottom end paired with a swift sport head in effort to hold more power

Christopher and I both competed in various motorsports events, each having older generation Suzukis. Gridkhana, being a mix of
dexterity and drag racing was an event we thought this car would shine in as it handles amazingly due to its light weight and
short wheel base as well as the extra punch thanks to the turbocharger. So we are excited to put it up against other cars and see the end result.

The build is still developing as we work out some kinks here and there, each event we are getting the car dialed in closer to
where we want it to be. Gridkhana 2025 is definitely going to be an interesting season for us!
